During the construction of the Central Library in 1925, a time capsule was placed in the cornerstone to preserve a snapshot of the institution at that historic moment. Join us on Thursday, January 29th at 11am for the kick-off celebration of Central 100, our yearlong centennial extravaganza, which will include an unveiling of this historic time capsule, revealing its contents to the public for the first time.
